The two companies entered into a strategic collaboration to streamline Hollard’s entire automotive damage assessment and repair process.
BDO’s Visual FNOL technology enables Hollard policyholders to collect evidence of auto insurance claims via a self-guided image and video capture solution and transmit real-time information to Hollard assessors to conduct remote assessments.
BDO’s Visual Estimate technology also estimates the cost of damage, allowing Hallard assessors to generate appraisal reports and officially approve repair steps using sheet metal pounders.
In 2021, BDO’s visual intelligence technology helped Hallard’s reviewers accelerate to more than 20,000 reviews for their clients.
