Demon Slayer Season 2 is censored by China in a recently aired broadcast of the series’ recently concluded Entertainment District Arc.
Tengen Uzui’s wife helped unveil a new level of Sound Hashira, Tengen Uzui. The formidable member of the Demon Slayer Corps became a crucial factor in the fight against the demonic siblings named Daki and Gyutaro in Demon Slayer Season 2.
However, it appears that the TV series has been censored in China. This mainly affects the wardrobe of Tengen’s wives.
Demon Slayer’s Chinese censorship is real
Tengen’s three wives are Suma, Hinatsuru, and Makio, with one of the most important parts of the Demon Slayer Corps’ mission in the Entertainment District Arc.
The Sound Hashira had to recruit Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke to help him save them from a terrible fate. Tengen’s partners may not be as powerful as he is, but they were allowed to show their talents. They were able to help when they were freed from their strange prison and assisted the members of the Demon Slayer Corps in one of the series’ toughest confrontations to date.
The three women also showed a lot of skin. Therefore, the Chinese broadcast added some changes to Tengen Uzui’s wives, which helped pick up her husband during the fight against Gyutaro. Tengen lost both an eye and an arm in the fight.
However, there are examples of false censorship of Demon Slayer. For example Twitter channel shon leaks allegedly released censored images of Demon Slayer, which were actually a fan-edited version.

Ufotable continues to work on the famous anime adaptation of the manga Demon Slayer, which has already been completed with Weekly Shonen Jump.

Fortunately, it has been confirmed that the third wave of episodes is in the works. Following the conclusion of Season 2, it was reported that the series will return with a full adaptation of the next arc in the series, Demon Slayer Season 3: Swordsmith Village Arc, which will fully incorporate even more Hashira into the story.
As part of the anime’s third anniversary celebrations, Demon Slayer presented the first teaser for the Swordsmith Village arc. The arc not only picks up on previous events but also teases what is to come! You can see it in full below:
The final scenes of season two suggest that the upper echelons are about to take their turn. If one of the upper moons was completely destroyed, things would go on from there.
The third season of the anime kicks off with what could be considered the second half of the show as a whole, so there are plenty of reasons to be excited for what’s to come. As of this writing, no exact release date or timeframe has been given.
