KKR, a leading global investment firm, announced today that KKR has acquired a Class A warehouse property at 6300 Providence Way, Eastwell, California, a crowded submarket of the Inland Empire.
The building was delivered in 2017 and includes approximately 281,000 square feet (sf) of warehouse space with an apparent height of 32 feet, a 148-foot truck bay and large trailer parking area and dock-height doors. 6300 Providence Way is located off I-15 with access to major trucking routes and is approximately one hour from Los Angeles International Airport, the Port of Los Angeles and the Port of Long Beach.

KKR acquired the property through KKR Real Estate Partners America III, KKR’s America Opportunistic Equity Real Estate Fund.
