These assertions are not false hopes as the United States is very close to achieving this goal. More than 50% of the entire Adult Population has received one shot of the vaccine. So, according to the pace of the biggest vaccination drive that the United States of America has ever seen, the goal looks achievable.

Now that the vaccine drive in the United States of America has started to show its effects in a positive way. The United States of America is trying to help other countries by providing them with the best help in these times of crisis. The United States of America will be supplying the countries that are in dire need of vaccines. The Biden Administration currently in power in the United States of America is planning to purchase 500 million doses of the coronavirus vaccine from the vaccine manufacturer Pfizer.

These doses will be released out or given out to the desired countries only in batches of 200 million and 300 million. The first consignment of 200 million doses of the coronavirus vaccines will be given out by the end of this year. The next 300 million doses of the coronavirus vaccine will be given out only till the next half of the next year. This has been confirmed by the Washington Post.

This initiative has been taken under the COVAX scheme, backed by the World Health Organisation. Under this initiative, the coronavirus doses need to be shared among the countries in dire need and distribute the doses of the coronavirus vaccine to the lower and middle-income countries. These are the countries that do not have the technology to produce the vaccine-specific to their region. These countries are highly dependent on other countries, and it is great to see that one of the world’s largest economies has stepped up to help such countries.

The vaccine manufacturer is also not selling the vaccine doses at a higher price, a not so profitable price. But it is the goodwill of the vaccine manufacturer Pfizer to sell the vaccine doses at a minimalistic price. The President of the United States plans to announce this big effort on the floor of the G-7 summit on the coming Thursday.

This effort on the part of the United States of America is remarkable, the President of the United States believes that it is the right thing to do. It is important to vaccinate the people and it is what us Americans do in the need of the hour. This statement comes from the National Security Adviser to whom the President informed us. He also added that the United States has the resources and it is the most when countries like these need help, and that is why the US has stepped up.

The 500 million doses is six times the number of doses that the Covax scheme which is backed by the World Health Organisation has donated since its set up. The initiative has delivered up to 82 million doses of coronavirus vaccine to more than 129 countries so far. These huge numbers of Covid-19 vaccines will add to the scheme and also benefit a lot of people.
