NEW YORK, NY, July 6, 2022 /EINPresswire.com/ — Youthful Savings, the company behind Youthful Savings Marketplace (YSM), will be at the Hester Street Fair in Seaport, Manhattan on July 9th and 20th with a Booth represented his August. The forthcoming booth installation will celebrate the launch of the Youthful Savings Marketplace mobile app, which will fully integrate all of the site’s features and functionality. A mobile application will allow young people to access a market they own and operate in a way that is more accessible and convenient for them. This in turn will lead to more sales and thus more economic empowerment for the young entrepreneurs who are part of the marketplace.
Youthful Savings Marketplace welcomes youth from Children’s Aid, Fresh Air Fund, Human Rights First and the City of Santa Monica and aims to create a digital format for buying and selling goods. They also have plans to launch in schools and larger and urban markets in the fall. Current partner organizations have all been clients of The Learning Marketplace, where youth can learn practical and real-world skills such as entrepreneurship theory, conflict resolution, mental health education, information about bitcoin, blockchain and investing. The marketplace aspect ties all of this together by providing an opportunity for these youth to showcase their learned skills through the sale of material goods.
Keene Tabansi, a graduate of Children’s Aid NYC and current student at Hunter College, is a proud member of the Youthful Savings Marketplace and will represent YSM’s booth at the Hester Street Fair.
